Final Summer Events!

Labor Day weekend will see our final Nature Program and the last Ranger Talks. Join our Ranger at the Mill Creek Visitor Center, 2 p.m. on Saturday, and find out what fascinating bits of info they have for you and your kids.

We also have our last two Ranger Talks. On Saturday night, you’ll learn How We Made a Wilderness. It could have been a ski resort…but now we can enjoy a place “where the earth and its community of life are untrammeled by man, where man himself is a visitor who does not remain.

On Sunday night listen to our own Teddi Boston, who in 1976 was the first woman to solo thru-hike the PCT. Just finding the trail was a lot harder then! Hear her incredible story
