Teddi Boston, a long-time SGWA volunteer, was the first woman to solo thru-hike the PCT southbound (from Canada to Mexico). Teddi’s journey was accomplished at a time when there weren’t trail angels everywhere, few or no water caches, when the maps were sketchy and the trail itself wasn’t even complete.
