A member (TraumaticTramAddict) on the reddit socalhiking forum posted that there is water flowing well at Columbine Springs camp as of 9/8/19. This contradicts an earlier report here so I offered to cross-post their information here.
As of Sep 15, the water at Columbine Creek is down to a trickle along creek adjacent to main campground, but it is accumulating well at creek junction just beyond main campground / along trail leading to campground. Mill Creek has been updated with same info.
