Going up this weekend, doing an overnight Sat/Sunday.. We’re taking the South Fork Trail via Dry Lake/Mine Shaft trail, and camping Sat night at Trail Flats. I’m wondering if anyone’s been up that way this week, and how the snow was on the Sky High Trail/switchbacks? Is it doable without microspikes/just with trekking poles?
